Music Fest for ALS: Saturday, November 5th 2011
Saturday, November 5th 2011: This day-long music festival featured non-stop roots rock, blues, rock, country rock and pop music from Damon Fowler, The Greg Billings Band, Amanda Drake & the Barnburners, Josh Lamkin & Automatic Heat and Adam Nicholas. PLUS Special Guest performance by Grammy Nominated Singer/ Songwriter, Holly Lamar!

Organized by Winning The Fight with the support of our local ALS Association, both 501(c)3 non-profit entities, 100% of net proceeds from this event are pledged to fund research and find treatment options for ALS patients (commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease).

"The roots sprouting up into the guitar strings are indicative of roots rock. The swirly strings at top coming from the guitar form what is to be indicative of a tree, which I think of as a tree of life. The swirly nature of the strings are intended to evoke a rhythmic sense of music. The bird is a swallow, which symbolizes freedom and, most importantly, hope."
